HGC PENNANTS

The Howick Golf Club participates in the Auckland Pennant matchplay competition. We have 3x 8 man teams in the following grades:

Team 1 – Presidents division (off the stick)
Team 2 – Championship division (off the stick)
Team 3 – Interclub division (handicap)

The 2025 pennant season usually kicked off from late January and will run through till the start of April (with a total of 7 games played on Sundays - 5 only for the Champ 2s). The leaders at the end of the round play in the finals for a promotion to the next division.

We'll be using this page to update all players/ex-players and anyone interested in HGC pennants on any news during our pennant season. That is scores from each of the teams, player profiles and of course photos/videos of our golfers and the courses. This will hopefully be a one stop shop for all info about the mens pennant competition at Howick.
